Ab Initio Pilot
Principal Accountabilities:
• Become a professional pilot with excellent performance
• Successfully undertake classroom & on the job training program as appointed or designed by the company
• Understand basic aviation skills (rules & regulations)
• Develope and maintain high personal standards of professional pilot
Professional Requirements:
• Minimum S1 graduates; age minimum 30 years
• GPA minimum 3.00 (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Minimum TOEFL 500/ TOEIC 600
• Must have an interest in aviation (aviation background is an advantage)
• Have passion for learning
• English proficiency both oral and written
• Willing to be bond as per company regulations
Non Technical Requirements:
• Passed medical health test
• Passed blind color test
• Good physically and mentally condition
• Able to demonstrate good communication and team skills
• Posses strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Manage relationship & diversity
